Variously seen as a Situationist-inspired prank, an extended metaphor, a form of Exodus and a campaign to redistribute superwealth, the Association of Autonomous Astronauts conducted a five year propaganda mission (1995-2000) to make the experience of space travel an option for a variety of international communities.
