* "I felt no hesitation when the proposal to split the Sculpture Department into two courses was proposed at the end of our first year. I read the course descriptions (manifestos) with great interest but was already firmly committed to the Staff team and the programme I'd been working on in the 'Locked Room' - so it was the 'A" Course for me. Why? Because it was extraordinarily stimulating and it allowed space for critical reflection on one's place and practice within the highly problematic context of contemporary art/culture." As noted by Andrew Darley, 7/1/2015.
